Where Music Meets A Bold New World

When I think of the term- Soundworld or Soundworlds, I am quickly drawn to my favorite film of all time; that being Stanley Kubrick's 2001 A SPACE ODYSSEY. I was lucky enough to see this film on its opening day release in NYC a long time ago. Since that time, I've bought the film on Video Tape, Collector's Edition Release, Director's Cut and on DVD. I must have watched the movie a thousand times. Each time I viewed it, I discovered something new or it connects me to some other place or reality. It is truly unique and is totally layered with concepts, imagery and connections to other subjects. It far more than just a visual film. It is a totality using every mode to stimulate the senses.
